SHOCK POOL

The shock pool is one of the cold procedures in the SPA centre. It is a small and deep pool with water temperature of about 5°С. After the warm procedure in the sauna it is highly recommendable to take a sharp single dip into it, since the effect on the warmth body is very refreshing and it improves the blood circulation. The shock pool is advisable for people, who heat their body in sauna at a temperature of 80°С.
