SHOCK BUCKET

The shock bucket is a SPA facility from the category of the cold procedures, which is used after a sauna procedure, when the body is extremely warmed. The shock bucket is a container (wooden or metal) filled with water with a temperature of approximately 5°С, which is located in a small room near the sauna. After the procedure in the hot sauna one makes a single procedure with the shock bucket. The icy water in the bucket is poured onto the body and so the shocking temperature difference has a refreshing and toning effect on the body.
